OpalDam is a light-cured, passively adhesive methacrylate-based resin barrier that isolates and safeguards soft tissue or teeth adjacent to the dentition subject to bleaching, suitable for single-tooth procedures. It reflects curing lights to reduce heat, irritation, and sensitivity.

OpalDam's extreme versatility allows the following applications: inhibit saliva leakage around the rubber dam clamp, keep the matrix firm over a severely compromised denticle, secure tissues from air abrasion and harsh chemicals. Achieve easy placement and removal; administer directly on the desired area through syringe delivery and use an explorer to discard the material.
