NeoBurr Operative Carbides are sterile, single-use burs uniquely designed to deliver a quick, stable, and chatter-free experience. The burs are of one-piece construction, engineered to withstand rigorous forces by removing the welded joints, which are usually the weak point of a two-piece bur.

They feature a thick blended neck portion between the bur head and the shank without reducing the neck width to minimize breakage risk, guaranteeing a safe, hassle-free procedure. The operative burs contain six blades that ensure more contact with the tooth and provides superb cutting ability without clogging up the blades.

The Tapered Cross Cut Fissure burs incorporate notches within their blades that increase cutting efficiency and are ideal for producing angles at the tooth's interior to achieve tooth preparation forms. They are also excellent for reducing the crown height and sectioning teeth that contain multiple roots.
