Lica is a radiopaque and light-curing calcium hydroxide formulation that creates a thermal barrier between the restorative material and the dental pulp. The cavity liner also functions as a layer to prevent any toxic effects of the restoration from affecting the tooth.
Lica does not affect the bond strength of cement. Each Paste Kit contains an 8 g paste, an applicator, and mixing pads.
