Ketac Silver Maxicap is an amalgam-free silver glass ionomer that strongly bonds to dentin and enamel to guarantee long-lasting restorations and excellent marginal integrity. This restorative capsule does not require undercuts to avoid reshaping the tooth structure.

It is specifically designed for extended core build-ups, mechanically adhering to pins or posts to achieve a durable, unitary core. Ketac Silver Maxicap is ideal for primary teeth fillings, small fillings in posterior teeth, temporaries, and a base under amalgams.

It exhibits highly sustained fluoride release and radiopacity as it offers superior electrical and thermal insulation. It has a volume four times greater than Aplicap and a shrinkage much lower than that of traditional composites.
