Gingigel Retraction Cord is a gel-coated braid composed of synthetic fiber and immersed in a hemostatic gel formulated with 20% buffered aluminum chloride. The gel sustains the cord's softness and pliability,preventing the swelling of the sulcus.

The intensive saturation and added medicament coating result in easy placement for immediate stoppage of bleeding. Each Gingigel cord measures 6 feet (72 inches/183 cm) of braid per bottle.
