Hemogin-L is specifically designed for use as a lubricating glycerin base. This epinephrine-free hemostatic is formulated with 25% aluminum chloride and is dispensed through an eyedropper to ensure a precise application inside the mouth while preventing cross-contamination.

When used for gingival tissues, Hemogin-L must be applied with cotton pellets. Alternatively, the retraction cords need to be pre-saturated before using the hemostatic.
